Sematan Palm Beach Trip

Went to Sematan Palm Beach few days ago at 5th – 7th July 2010. I never been there before, and this is my first time to Sematan. Well, I thought that all the beaches around Kuching are normal with orange color sea water. But Sematan beach is an exception in my mind after this trip. I was shocked when I see the beach with transparent blue sea water, especially the view from the Sematan town. I fall in love with the sea there seriously… Just too bad that I can’t bring it home… Haha… =3

At the second day of the trip, we went to the paddy field and waterfall nearby. We were almost cheated by the stupid introduction in the official website of the resort. It says half-hour needed for bicycle ride from resort to Sebak Waterfall. Well, it’s not… =.=

Riding bicycle from resort to the nearest paddy field already took you 20 minutes. The Sebak Waterfall is far away from the paddy field, do you think you can really reach to the waterfall in 30 minutes? Gosh… Lol… We went to the waterfall by car already took us 15 minutes… This is really kanasai… ==

KYAnime 2010

Hohoho… I’m free to update my blog finally after a horrible “marathon” since 7 weeks ago… Assignments and Tests almost kill me… >.<

Anyway, KYAnime 2010 was held in The Spring Shopping Mall from 8th – 13rd June 2010. But the actual event of the KYAnime was 11st – 13rd June, Friday to Sunday. Well, the event was successfully held, but it is disappointing me…

KYAnime 2010 – Intro

KYAnime, the first anime and manga convention in Kuching. It’s going to be held from 8th til 13rd June 2010, at The Spring Shopping Mall.

Well, looking forward to this convention. But from what I read in the schedule, it’s not interesting and attracting at all… Lol… Below here is the programme schedule… Have a look at it… XD

Dinner and Gossip at Kensaku

Hoho… We went to a new japanese restaurant called Kensaku at Jalan Song Titanium or Brighton Square for dinner last night. We talk and gossip a lot during the dinner. But then, it’s kinda expensive eating there. I personally think that Sushi King is cheaper than Kensaku. =.=

Another one, their service is really OMC. We waited about 1 hour for our food to be served. That’s really horrible, terrible, and vegetable.

SAMS Training Camp

Hoho… This is the first time that SAMS to have a training camp for the committee. This camp was held at 26th to 27th April, at Damai Beach. Of course, Rain was our camp commander…

We reach there and check in at 1pm something. After check in, everyone rest and lunch first before the torturing training games start. Haha, I already had my lunch at home, so I went to walk around and take some photos… XD

At 3pm something, everyone meet in the room and start the first flag designing game. At first, there are 2 groups, top committees to be one group, and the heads of department one group. But due to lack of participants to the training camp, both groups were combined to one, and called G.S.F.

After this, it’s 5pm already… It’s free time until10pm. Lol… At first, some went to swim at the pool there. Since it’s only an hour swim, many of us decided not to swim and just walk around. Of course I did take some evening scenary as well… XD

After that, we had our dinner at Buntal around 7pm. Total of 9 persons went to Buntal. They are Rain, Yakuza, SWATWolf, Leon, Cherdas, Kim, Serene, Sherrie, and me. But Sherrie, Rain, and Steven were not eating. And then, 2 persons, Taka and Lih Ren were left at Damai Beach because they do not want to have dinner at Buntal. Anyway, we chat a lot of things there, including gossip of someone… XD But eating there is actually expensive. 6 persons with normal dishes at RM130… @@

At 9pm something, we all back to our room. And then, Rain robbed the G.S.F flag… XD

At the end, they passed the game, and no punishment for them. Next, it’s story time… Rain tells the history of SAMS, so that they know better about SAMS. Another Island Survival game right after story telling. It’s kind of like testing quiz actually… XD

So, that’s the end of the day. There is 1 more game at the beach that we wanted to play at the second day morning. But too bad that it was raining… The rain stopped at 10am something, so we decided to swim at the pool… Haha… And so, that’s the end of the training camp. It’s fun and interesting actually. Wish to have another trip or camp soon… XD

Finally, I bought my first ever DSLR camera last Saturday. It’s Nikon D3000.

It’s entry level DSLR camera, can’t afford to buy the better one… >.<

Return of Warrior (ROW)

It has been a while since I stop playing RYL2 few years ago. Return of Warrior or ROW is the remake of RYL2. Only some changes with the system, such as the removal of skill level from 1.4 to 1.3, you will need a stone to do it. I can’t remember what is the name of the stone already. So, be careful when you’re choosing your skills ya… @.@

As usual, I play as human sorcerer and archer. Haha, please don’t ask me why I like to play mage so much… XD

Hmm… Time passes really fast… 3 months holiday just end like this. Oh my cat… I can’t believe that tomorrow will be a new semester, and I’m still in holiday mood… >.<
